  that this form of taxation or that form would be regressive. We all know they’re referring to the effective tax rate paid on income. People here regressive and they flip out (or stop listening). Would it kill one of these people to mention that this v20;regressi2e․ effective tax rate still yields a millionaire paying XX times more than the person earning 50,000.
